  • Any Support Facility Issuer not located in New York State shall provide the Trustee with a list of holidays on which it is closed through the next succeeding January 1 at the beginning of the term of such Support Facility and by January 1 of each year thereafter.

  • Unless otherwise expressly set forth herein, this Indenture and all of the covenants, conditions, stipulations, promises, agreements and provisions hereof are intended to be and shall be for and inure to the sole and exclusive benefit of the Authority, the Company, the Trustee, the Registrar and Paying Agent, the Bond Insurer or any other Support Facility Issuer, the Auction Agent and the Holders of the Bonds as herein and therein provided.
