Support provided definition

Support provided means the highest level of support provided (to you) by others in the last seven days before the assessment, even if that level of support occurred only once. The department determines support provided as follows:

Examples of Support provided in a sentence

  • Any inconsistent terms on Purchase Orders or other documents or portals regarding the Software, Professional Services or Premium Support provided under this Agreement issued by you, are for your internal use only, and any provisions contained in any such document shall have no effect whatsoever upon this Agreement.

  • Only Software Subscriptions that include Production Support provided by Red Hat are eligible if they meet the other criteria for Eligible Subscriptions.

  • Credit Support provided in the form of a Letter of Credit shall be subject to the following provisions.

  • Posted Credit Support provided by one party (“X”) for the benefit of the other (“Y”) in the form of a Letter of Credit shall be subject to the following provisions.

  • Any unused Credit Support provided under this Agreement shall be returned to Seller only after any such Credit Support has been used to satisfy any outstanding obligations of Seller in existence at the time of the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

  • In the event that the Defaulting Party fails to pay the Termination Payment in full within the time period set forth in Section 9.3(b)(vii), the Non-Defaulting Party may draw upon any Credit Support provided by the Defaulting Party to satisfy the unpaid portion of the Termination Payment.

  • Any unused Credit Support provided under this Agreement shall be returned to the Party providing that Credit Support only after any such Credit Support has been used to satisfy any outstanding obligations of that Party in existence at the time of the expiration or termination of this Agreement.

  • You may use certain eligible Software Subscriptions that include Production Support provided by Red Hat and meet the other criteria set forth at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇▇ (“Eligible Subscriptions”) in a Vendor’s Cloud under the terms set forth in this Exhibit (“Cloud Access”).

  • Participants who achieve a 52-week Outcome can access Ongoing Support, provided they meet the eligibility requirements.

  • The Disability Employment Services – Employment Support Service Provider may change the Level of Ongoing Support provided to a Disability Employment Services – Employment Support Service Participant before the first OSA is finalised.
