Supplier's repeated failure to meet the Support Service Level Requirements for any Critical Service Errors or High Service Errors, or any combination of such Errors, within the applicable Resolution time will constitute a material breach under the Agreement.
Failure to achieve any of the Support Service Level Requirements will constitute a Service Level Failure for which Provider shall issue to Customer the corresponding service credits set forth in Section 6.4(b) (”Service Level Credits”) in accordance with Section 8.13.
