Support Service Level Requirements definition

Support Service Level Requirements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.4.

Examples of Support Service Level Requirements in a sentence

  • Supplier's repeated failure to meet the Support Service Level Requirements for any Critical Service Errors or High Service Errors, or any combination of such Errors, within the applicable Resolution time will constitute a material breach under the Agreement.

  • Failure to achieve any of the Support Service Level Requirements will constitute a Service Level Failure for which Provider shall issue to Customer the corresponding service credits set forth in Section 6.4(b) (”Service Level Credits”) in accordance with Section 8.13.

  • Failure to achieve any of the Support Service Level Requirements for Critical and High Service Errors will constitute a Service Level Failure for which Contractor will issue to the State the corresponding service credits set forth in Section 3.6 (“Service Level Credits”) in accordance with payment terms set forth in the Contract.

Related to Support Service Level Requirements

  • Service Levels means the service levels to be met by the Services as referenced in the Contract Letter and set out in the Specification Schedule.

  • Service Level Standards has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1 hereof.

  • Service Level means the standard set forth below by which IBM measures the level of service it provides in this SLA.

  • Technical Requirements means the Technical Requirements in Section VII of the tendering documents.

  • Service Level Agreement or SLA means the processes, deliverables, key performance indicators and performance standards relating to the Services to be provided by the Service Provider;
