Tanium may suspend or cancel Support Services if Customer breaches either the Agreement or any material provision of these Support Services Terms and Conditions and such breach is not remedied within thirty (30) days after Customer receives notice of the breach.
This Agreement, read together with the Merchant Support Services Terms and Conditions and the Data Processing Agreement, supersedes and replaces any and all agreements between the Parties (and other persons, as may be applicable) and undertakings given to or on behalf of the Parties (and other persons, as may be applicable) in relation to the subject matter hereof.
