Support Subscription definition

Support Subscription means the level of Support purchased by Customer, as set forth in the Order Form. (HashiCorp Support)
Support Subscription means means the annual Support for the Licensed Software purchased by Customer.

  • Technical Account Management (“TAM”) Service The TAM Service is a Support Subscription that you may purchase in addition to your underlying Standard or Premium Software Subscription in order to receive enhanced Support.

Related to Support Subscription

  • User Subscriptions means the user subscriptions purchased by the Customer and set out in the Subscription Order Form which entitle Authorised Users to access and use the Services in accordance with this Agreement.

  • Minimum Subscription means the minimum subscription from time to time specified in the Prospectus.

  • Subscription Software means software provided and hosted in the Computing Environment by SAP on a subscription basis as part of the HEC Subscription offering as identified in the Order Form.

  • Annual Subscription means the subscription paid by a member in accordance with the Registered Clubs Act and being paid either annually or otherwise.

  • Subscription means the capital stock of the Bank subscribed to by a member.
