Supporting Area definition

Supporting Area means any portion of the Leased Premises specified in the Construction Plan, required by Article 6, as supporting ▇▇▇▇▇▇’s activities on the Leased Premises, but not any portion of the Leased Premises identified as a Production Area in the Construction Plan.
Supporting Area means the portion of the Leased Premises specified in the Development Plan described in Article VI as generally supporting Lessee’s activities on the Leased Premises and being used by Lessee, such as roads, operation and management facilities, and the transmission or storage of electrical energy; constructing, installing, using, replacing, relocating, maintaining, and removing Wind Energy Facilities from the Leased Premises; collecting and transmitting; but not in use for the production of wind energy or the conversion of wind energy to electrical energy.
Supporting Area means any portion of the Leased Premises specified in the Construction Plan, required by Article 6, as supporting Lessee’s activities on the Leased Premises, but not any portion of the Leased Premises identified as a Production Area in the Construction Plan.

Examples of Supporting Area in a sentence

  • It shall be Lessee’s duty to “fence out” or otherwise preclude entrance to any Production Area, Supporting Area, or Improvements that either Party reasonably determines a need to preclude other users.

Supporting Area means the portion of the Leased Premises specified in the Development Plan described in Article VI as generally supporting Lessee’s activities on the Leased Premises and being used by Lessee, such as: roads, operation and management facilities, including any portion of the Geothermal Facilities, and any Improvements for the transmission or storage of electrical energy, but not any portion of the Leased Premises in use for the production or utilization of Geothermal Resources which would be defined as Production Area.
Supporting Area means the portion of the Leased Premises specified in the Development Plan described in Article VI as generally supporting Lessee’s activities on the Leased Premises

  • Annexing area means an area that is annexed into a county, city, or town.
