No Relevant Group Member will be required to reimburse or compensate a Supporting Entity for any withholding tax or other deduction required to be made from any amount received by the Relevant Group Member, or from any amount to be paid to a Supporting Entity under this item 1.5.

Further, although the Responsible Entity will be the primary contact for the Compliance Enforcement Authority, the Schedule shall set forth in greater detail the obligations of the Supporting Entity in participating in a Compliance Audit.
Each Schedule details the CAISO’s and the TE’s responsibilities and obligations with regard to each specific Reliability Standard requirement by identifying the Responsible Entity, Supporting Entity, and the Delegated Tasks for each respective Reliability Standard requirement.
As such, no additional Take authorizations will be required to implement these activities, regardless of whether the action is carried out by the Implementation Office or a Supporting Entity.
