Supporting Shareholder definition

Supporting Shareholder means an Investor, to the extent such Investor Beneficially Owns any Covered Securities prior to the Expiration Time.
Supporting Shareholder and “Supporting Shareholders” have the meaning given in the Arrangement Agreement;
Supporting Shareholder means any holder of equity securities of the Corporation who is a Shareholder (as defined in either the Shareholders Agreement or the Company Holders Support Agreement).
