SWIFT Message means a message type (MT) message or file sent or appearing to have been sent using the SWIFT Messaging Services, which for this purposes of these EB Services Terms and Conditions comprise of such message formats which we may from time to time agree with you;

  • By signing this Agreement, the Sender represents and warrants that it is giving to the Receiver and its designated parties, full legal authority to download said cash funds via IPIP Code Server and distribute and transfer cash funds via SWIFT Message MT103, as per agreed terms and conditions in this Agreement.

  • The scanned image of DD/ Pay Order/ BG/ Bid bond/ SWIFT Message shall be uploaded at Part-I tender stage.

  • If the Customer wishes to cancel or modify any Instruction to make a payment then it (or the Nominated SWIFT Registered Member) must do so by SWIFT Message (unless otherwise agreed by the Bank) to be received by the Bank no later than 3 P.M. (EST) on the Business Day when the payment is due to be made, provided that the Bank has not already processed such payment prior to such request for cancelation or modification.

  • By signing this AGREEMENT, SENDER represents and warrants that it is giving to RECEIVER and its designated parties, full legal authority to download said cash funds via IP/IP Code Server and distribute and transfer cash funds via SWIFT Message MT103, as per agreed terms and conditions in this AGREEMENT.

  • The Customer acknowledges that processing a SWIFT Message is subject to successful receipt thereof by the Bank.

  • The Issuer failing whom the Guarantor shall on or before 10 a.m. (London time) on the second Business Day prior to each date on which payment in respect of the Notes becomes due procure that the bank through which such payment is to be made provides to the Principal Paying Agent an irrevocable confirmation of its intention to make the relevant payment (by facsimile or authenticated SWIFT Message).

  • By signing this Agreement, Sender represents and warrants that it is giving to Receiver and its designated parties, full legal authority to receive said cash funds via IP/IP Code Server and distribute and transfer cash funds via SWIFT Message MT103, as per agreed terms and conditions in this Agreement.
