Swing Line Commitment definition

Swing Line Commitment means, as to the Swing Line Lender, the commitment of the Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Advances as set forth on Annex J to the Agreement, which commitment constitutes a subfacility of the Revolving Loan Commitment of the Swing Line Lender.
Swing Line Commitment means the obligation of the Swing Line Lender to make Swing Line Loans up to a maximum principal amount of $5,000,000 at any one time outstanding.
Swing Line Commitment the Swing Line Lender’s obligation to make Swing Line Loans pursuant to subsection 2.4.

Swing Line Commitment means as to any Lender (a) the amount set forth opposite such Lender’s name on Schedule 2.01 hereof or (b) if such Lender has entered into an Assignment and Assumption or has otherwise assumed a Swing Line Commitment after the Closing Date, the amount set forth for such Lender as its Swing Line Commitment in the Register maintained by the Administrative Agent pursuant to Section 11.07(c).
Swing Line Commitment means the Swing Line Lender’s obligation to make Swing Line Loans to the Borrowers in an aggregate principal amount not to exceed the Swing Line Commitment Amount.
