Swing Line Notes definition

Swing Line Notes means the swing line notes which may be issued by the Company at the request of Swing Line Bank pursuant to Section 2.5(a) hereof in the form annexed hereto as Exhibit C, as the case may be, as such Notes may be amended or supplemented from time to time, and any notes issued in substitution, replacement or renewal thereof from time to time.
