Swingline Borrowing Request definition

Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by Borrower Agent for a Swingline Loan in accordance with Section 2.05 and substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F-2, or such other form as shall be approved by the Agent (acting reasonably).

Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit F (or such other form as may be agreed between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent).

Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by the Lux Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit D-2 or such other form as shall be approved by the Swingline Lender.

Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit E or such other form as approved by the Administrative Agent (including any form on an electronic platform or electronic transmission system as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent), appropriately completed and signed by a Responsible Officer of the Borrower.

Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrowers for a Swingline Loan, which shall be substantially in the form of Exhibit C.

Swingline Borrowing Request a borrowing request in the form of Exhibit B-2.

Swingline Borrowing Request is defined in Section 2.6(b).

Swingline Borrowing Request a request by the Borrower for a Swing Line Loan in accordance with Section 2.20, which shall be in any form approved by the Swing Line Lender and the Administrative Agent.

Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by a Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit D-2 to the November 2006 Credit Agreement.
