Swingline Borrowing Request definition

Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by a Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit C-2.
Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by Borrower Agent for a Swingline Loan in accordance with Section 2.05 and substantially in the form attached hereto as Exhibit F-2, or such other form as shall be approved by the Agent (acting reasonably).
Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by the Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit F (or such other form as may be agreed between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent).

More Definitions of Swingline Borrowing Request

Swingline Borrowing Request means a request by the Lux Borrower substantially in the form of Exhibit D-2 or such other form as shall be approved by the Swingline Lender.
