Systems Development Life Cycle means the process of defining, documenting, and sign-off prior to deployment of all of the business, functional, and technical specifications related to the Insurance Administration Services to be performed under this Agreement, and the development and quality assurance of those business, functional and technical specifications after deployment as set forth in APPENDIX H. APPENDIX H may be modified or revised upon the mutual written agreement of IMS and Customer.
