Target Performance Amount definition

Target Performance Amount means, for a fiscal year, a target amount, established by the Committee (within such time as provided in Section 4.1), with respect to a particular Performance Measure, for such year, the satisfaction of which is a condition for the full enjoyment of an Award. A separate Target Performance Amount may be established for each Participant and for the Tier I Bonus and Tier II Bonus established with respect to a Participant (such Target Performance Amounts to be referred to herein, respectively, as “Tier I Target Performance Amount” and “Tier II Target Performance Amount”).

Examples of Target Performance Amount in a sentence

  • If the Tier I Achieved Performance Amount established with respect to a Participant is greater than 90% of the respective Tier I Target Performance Amount established with respect to such Participant for a given fiscal year, then such Participant shall receive a Tier I Bonus hereunder as follows.

  • Such Participant shall receive an Incremental Percentage of his or her Base Salary for every one hundredth of one percent (0.01%) (rounded to the nearest hundredth) for which such Tier I Achieved Performance Amount exceeds 90% of such Tier I Target Performance Amount.

Related to Target Performance Amount

  • Performance Percentage means the factor determined pursuant to a Performance Schedule that is to be applied to a Target Award and that reflects actual performance compared to the Performance Target.

  • Payout Percentage means the percentage (between 0% and 200%) determined by the Committee in accordance with the procedures set forth in Paragraph 2, which shall be used to determine the value of each Performance Unit.

  • Performance Target means the level of performance expected of the HSP in respect of a Performance Indicator or a Service Volume; “person or entity” includes any individual and any corporation, partnership, firm, joint venture or other single or collective form of organization under which business may be conducted;

  • Cash Performance Award means an Award that is denominated by a cash amount to an Eligible Person under Section 10 hereof and payable based on or conditioned upon the attainment of pre-established business and/or individual Performance Goals over a specified performance period.

  • Target Bonus Percentage means, with respect to any Executive, the target bonus percentage specified for such Executive in his or her Employment Agreement.
