Target Program definition

Target Program means either the CGEN-15001T Target Program or the CGEN-15022 Target Program.
Target Program has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1;
Target Program means the activities set forth in the Research Plan for a given Target.

More Definitions of Target Program

Target Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.3.
Target Program means [***]. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Target Program excludes the Company Platform and all research activities relating to targets other than the targets set forth in clauses (i) and (ii) hereof.
