Target Service Level definition

Target Service Level means, in respect of each Performance Measure, the
Target Service Level means the desired or targeted level of performance for the initial Response Time for a particular Service Category.
Target Service Level means the target for service levels as specified in the SLA “Term” means the effective term of this Agreement.

Examples of Target Service Level in a sentence

  • If within ten (10) days after receiving such a notice Supplier fails to deliver to HWAY a revised or replacement monthly performance report containing reasonably sufficient detail and accuracy for HWAY to determine whether Supplier achieved or failed to achieve a Service Level in the applicable Measurement Interval, such failure shall constitute a Target Service Level Default with respect to such Service Level for such immediately preceding Measurement Interval.

More Definitions of Target Service Level

Target Service Level means, in relation to any Service Measure or KPI, the level of service which the Contractor is required to achieve or exceed in relation to the performance of the Services and its other obligations under this Agreement, as set out in Appendix 1 of Schedule 2.2 (Performance Measures and Monitoring);
Target Service Level means the expected performance range, within which no Service Level Default is assessed, and no Service Level Credit is granted.
Target Service Level means a Service Level which, as of the effective date of the applicable Service Appendix, is a Service Level for which the Parties have some knowledge on which to base an estimate, but are difficult to ascertain with sufficient certainty and, therefore, represent good faith estimates of what such level should be for the corresponding Service or are Service Levels which require time for OneNeck to understand and manage prior to becoming Absolute Service Levels which immediately render Service Credits if not met.
Target Service Level means a Service Level metric that is mutually established after a [***]* period of evaluation per Section 4.2 of Schedule B of the applicable Service Agreement.
Target Service Level means the service level requirement set by the Toll Charger for KPIs defining at what service level a key performance indicator must achieve.
Target Service Level means the target levels of Services performance specified in the Service Level Agreement.
Target Service Level means the expected level of performance set forth in Schedule B-1 with respect to each Service Level.
