If within ten (10) days after receiving such a notice Supplier fails to deliver to HWAY a revised or replacement monthly performance report containing reasonably sufficient detail and accuracy for HWAY to determine whether Supplier achieved or failed to achieve a Service Level in the applicable Measurement Interval, such failure shall constitute a Target Service Level Default with respect to such Service Level for such immediately preceding Measurement Interval.
