Target TSR definition

Target TSR means, with respect to the Performance Period, Total Shareholder Return of the Company equal to the 55th percentile (as determined in accordance with standard statistical methodology) of the range of total shareholder returns during the Performance Period of the constituent companies included in the Peer Group, calculated in a manner consistent with TSR calculation methodology under this Agreement.
Target TSR means the Company has achieved an annualized Total Shareholder Return, compounded each December 31, of ten percent (10%) for the Performance Period. In calculating Target TSR, dividends paid during the calendar year shall be subtracted from the stock price in effect at the beginning of the year (i.e., in the case of 2011, the Beginning Stock Price) multiplied by ten percent (10%) to arrive at the stock price in effect at the beginning of the next year for purposes of the compounding calculation.
Target TSR means the Company has achieved Total Shareholder Return of ten percent (10%) for the Performance Period.

Examples of Target TSR in a sentence

  • If Relative TSR is between Threshold TSR and Target TSR or between Target TSR and Maximum TSR, your TSR Performance Share Number will be equal to a percentage interpolated on a linear basis for performance between such amounts.

  • The number of Absolute TSR PRSUs that will vest at the end of the Performance Period shall be determined by comparing the MFA’s Average TSR to the Target TSR (8% per year), up to a maximum vesting of 200% of the Absolute TSR Target Award.

  • Company TSR means, for any Performance Period, the Company’s TSR for such Performance Period.

  • Relative TSR means the relative total shareholder return percentile ranking of the Company as compared to the companies in the Peer Group, ranked by TSR over the Performance Period.

  • rTSR means the percentile rank of the Company’s Total Shareholder Return among the Total Shareholder Returns of all members of the Peer Group, ranked in descending order, at the end of the Performance Period.
