  • AAY is the percentage of the Quantity Dispensed that was converted to Products and is calculated as follows: [***] After Patheon has produced a minimum of [***] successful commercial production batches of Product and has produced commercial production batches for at least [***] months at the Manufacturing Site (collectively, the "Target Yield Determination Batches"), the parties will agree on the target yield for the Product at the Manufacturing Site (each, a "Target Yield").

Related to Target Yield Determination Batches

  • Reset Dividend Determination Date means, in respect of any Reset Period, the day falling three Business Days prior to the beginning of such Reset Period.

  • Method Detection Limit (MDL) means the minimum concentration of a substance (analyte) that can be measured and reported with 99 percent confidence that the analyte concentration is greater than zero and is determined from analysis of a sample in a given matrix containing the analyte.
