In the event that either party is not satisfied that the operational issue has been resolved to their satisfaction, that party can present the issue to the GDSN Task Group for resolution.
For the purposes of this Release, the “Company” means Computer Task Group, Incorporated, a New York corporation, and “Released Parties” means the Company and its predecessors and successors, affiliates, and, in such capacity, all of each such entity’s officers, directors, employees, insurers, agents, attorneys or assigns, in their individual and representative capacities.

The mandate of the Joint Task Group will include: • a review of exemplary policies and procedures that deal with the prevention of violence, the management of violent situations and the support to employees who have experienced violence; • a review of the pertinent legislation; • the provision of appropriate training including the recognition, prevention and control of violent situations and physical intervention techniques; • the role of the Joint Health & Safety Committees.
These proposals will be submitted to the GDSN Task Group for review and approval.
Archive policy is under consideration and being developed by the GDSN Task Group, and approved by the GS1 GDSN Board of Directors.
The ruling of the GS1 GDSN Board of Directors shall be conclusive and binding with regard to such operational issue, regardless of the decision of the GDSN Task Group.
