Task Group definition

Task Group means any sub-task already assigned or created by decision of the Consortium Management Group Meeting in accordance with the provisions of this Consortium Agreements.
Task Group means a sub-group of a Working Group (as defined below), constituted in accordance with the Articles and/or the OCA Policies and Procedures.
Task Group means non-incorporated groups who perform specific activities to enhance and maintain Minnekhada Regional Park or other activity groups as may from time to time arise.

  • In the event that either party is not satisfied that the operational issue has been resolved to their satisfaction, that party can present the issue to the GDSN Task Group for resolution.
