Task Order means a separate order issued under this Contract.

Examples of Task Order in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding the expiration date stated in Paragraph 1 above, to the extent there is any work that has not been completed on any validly issued Task Order prior to the expiration of the Agreement, the Agreement will automatically be extended for the work under the Task Order until such work is completed and then shall immediately terminate.

  • Work shall be assigned as described in Exhibit C, Task Order Process.

  • Payment for services rendered in the Task Order will be made in accordance with the rates set forth in Exhibit B “Compensation Schedule” and may be contingent on the completion and approval of deliverables.

  • The format of the work approach and work plan shall be as mutually agreed upon by Consultant and the City in each Task Order.

  • The cost for services for each Task Order shall be identified in each Task Order.
