TDD Project definition

TDD Project means the improvements to the District, including the TDD Improvements, to be designed, developed, constructed and completed by Developer as described in Section 2.01 hereof and on Exhibit F. The term "TDD Project" does not include the Interchange.

  • IDC will use reasonable efforts to accomplish the TDD Project and deliver to Nokia the deliverables pursuant to the Work Plans and Specifications.

  • Notwithstanding anything in this Agreement or in the TDD Development Agreement to the contrary, any change to the Work Plans and Specifications representing an increase in effort or expansion of the Base TDD Project shall be approved by the parties in writing prior to implementation.

  • As a result, the parties understand that, IDC may not be able to complete the TDD Project in accordance with the TDD Project Budget or TDD Project Schedule adopted by the parties, and that IDC will require flexibility in timing and cost estimates for the TDD Project.

  • Any proposed assignee shall, by instrument in writing, for itself and its successors and assigns, and expressly for the benefit of the City, assume all of the obligations of the Developer under this Agreement and agree to be subject to all the conditions and restrictions to which the Developer is subject (or, in the event the transfer is of or relates to a portion of the TDD Project, such obligations, conditions and restrictions to the extent that they relate to such portion).

  • On and subject to the terms and provisions set forth in this Agreement, and unless otherwise provided in this Agreement, Developer shall have the sole right to, and shall be responsible for, design, development, construction, equipment and completion of the TDD Project, and shall operate and use the TDD Project in the manner described herein, all in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and all other Applicable Laws and Requirements.

  • In no event will the reimbursement described hereunder with respect to any CID Project Costs or TDD Project Costs exceed any applicable limitations set forth in this Agreement.

  • In exercising its rights hereunder, the City shall use reasonable efforts to avoid unreasonable interference with the operation of the TDD Project.

Related to TDD Project

  • Project means the goods or Services described in the Signature Document or a Work Order of this Contract.

  • Condominium project Real estate including the separate ownership in fee, or on a satisfactory leasehold estate, of a particular residential unit with an indivisible interest in the real estate designated for common ownership strictly by unit owners.

  • Approved Project means the project as described in the bound volume entitled ‘Project Description’ initialled by or on behalf of the Minister and the Company for the purpose of identification;

  • Expansion Project has the meaning set forth in Section IV.3.a of this Agreement.

  • Construction project means the same as that term is defined in Section 38-1a-102.
