TDM Output means the result of any Text and Data Mining activity or operation, capable of fixation, reproduction and/or communication in any form, such as the creation of an index, reference, abstract, relative or absolute description or representation of the Licensed Products, an algorithm, formula, metrics, method, standard or taxonomy describing or based on the Licensed Products, a relational expression or measurement, whether scalable or not, of the Licensed Products, extraction, alternative representation or translation, expression or discussion of any extracts from mined the Licensed Products, whether in the form of a direct extraction or a representation in any form which is based on the Licensed Products.

Examples of TDM Output in a sentence

  • Authorized users may include TDM Output as part of original works of scholarship, e.g. articles that describe, analyze, and interpret research, presentations at academic conferences, and inclusion in an academic thesis.

  • Licensee and its Authorized Users may make available or share and/or utilize TDM Output so long as the results are not used for commercial purposes or to substitute the Licensed Products.

  • Uses of TDM Output: It is mutually understood that Licensed Materials and “TDM Output” (the result of any Text and Data Mining activity or operation, capable of fixation, reproduction and/or communication in any form) provided or generated under this Agreement may be retained by Authorized Users throughout the full lifecycle of the TDM project, including for publication, and as necessary for replication and validation of research results.

  • All TDM Output pursuant to this Appendix will continue to be subject to the terms and conditions of the Existing Agreement and the Amendment.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Licensee and its Authorized Users may not (i) create derivative products or services that would directly compete with Licensor or Licensor’s Affiliates products or services, or otherwise commercially use or allow commercial use of the TDM Output (ii) allow a third party to access or use any TDM Materials, (iii) perform TDM for a third party, or (iv) store, or permit storage of, Content or TDM Materials on any server other than an InternalServer.

  • The User will provide SCIPRESS access to the TDM Output and any other content or material related to the use of the TDM Output as requested by SCIPRESS to ensure compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

  • Without limiting the foregoing, Member and its Authorized Users may not (i) create derivative products or services that would compete with or negatively affect Licensor or Licensor’s affiliates products or services, or otherwise commercially use or allow commercial use of the TDM Output, (ii) allow a third party to access or use any TDM Materials, (iii) perform TDM for a third party, or (iv) store, or permit storage of, Licensed Materials or TDM Materials on any server other than an Internal Server.
