Technical Data and Information includes, but not by way of limitation, all documents, technical writings, sound recordings, computer programmes, pictorial reproductions, drawings, and other graphic representations and works of similar nature, and any other data necessary to enable the manufacture of any item or the practice of any process manufactured or practised pursuant to this Contract or the performance of any Work under this Contract or the use, repair or maintenance of any item delivered under this Contract, whether or not copyrighted, to the extent that the same are of the type customarily retained in the normal course of business.
