Technical Issue definition

Technical Issue means a matter that is procedural in nature or not integral to the determination of whether the insured is entitled to benefits under the policy. Examples of a technical issue are an insurer’s lack of receipt of completed forms that duplicate information that the insurer already has or the license number for a long-term care facility.
Technical Issue means an issue arising regarding technical matters and, as used herein, can mean a Standard Issue, a High Priority Issue or a Critical Issue, as applicable.
Technical Issue means any dispute or difference between the parties (including where this Agreement provides for the parties to reach agreement on any matter and the parties have not been able to do so), other than a Commercial Issue;

More Definitions of Technical Issue

Technical Issue means: a) a problem with Software; or b) a problem with accessing Software that is hosted on a computer or virtual machine that is owned or controlled by MZD, where the problem affects a User’s ability to make use of a major functionality of the Software and includes lack of access, reduced communications speed, functions not performing to specifications, corrupt data, errors appearing within the Software, or missing data on reports generated by the Software.

  • Client Application means an application developed by Customer that a) utilizes the Runtime Product, b) is installed fully on an end user’s machine, with all report processing local to that machine, and c) adds significant and primary functionality to the Runtime Product.
