Technical Matter definition

Technical Matter has the meaning given to it in clause 24.7.
Technical Matter means a matter involving issues relating to the receipt, transportation and delivery of gas under the Access Contract which is capable of determination by reference to engineering or scientific knowledge and practice;

Technical Matter means matters pertaining to geologic interpretation or matters of a metallurgical, engineering, hydrology or environmental nature relating to the Mining Activities or Property;
