Technical Offer Data definition

Technical Offer Data has the meaning given to it in the Trading and Settlement Code;
Technical Offer Data has the meaning given to it in the Trading and Settlement Code; “Technical Parameters” has the meaning given to it in the Grid Code;

  • Offer Data means the scheduling, operations planning, dispatch, new resource, and other data and information necessary to schedule and dispatch generation resources and Demand Resource(s) for the provision of energy and other services and the maintenance of the reliability and security of the Transmission System in the PJM Region, and specified for submission to the PJM Interchange Energy Market for such purposes by the Office of the Interconnection.

  • Remarketing Materials means the Preliminary Prospectus, the Prospectus or any other information furnished by the Company to the Remarketing Agent for distribution to investors in connection with the Remarketing.
