Technical Records definition
Technical Records means all technical data, manuals, logbooks and other records (whether kept or to be kept in compliance with any Applicable Law or any requirement of any Government Entity or the Drilling Charter) relating to the Vessel.
Technical Records means, in respect of an Aircraft, all technical data, manuals, computer records, logbooks and other records required to be maintained pursuant to any law or regulation or any requirement for the time being of the applicable Aviation Authority and relating to that Aircraft or any of its Engines or any of its Parts;
Technical Records as defined in the Lease.
Examples of Technical Records in a sentence
Within five (5) Business Days following the Utilisation Date, the Agent shall have received evidence satisfactory to it (and its technical advisors) that all relevant Manuals and Technical Records and technical information up to and including the Utilisation Date and in the aircraft delivery binder (in the format agreed by the Agent) has been digitised and is accessible to the Agent.
Within twenty (20) Business Days following the Utilisation Date, a satisfactory written report following an inspection of the Aircraft (including the Manuals and Technical Records).
More Definitions of Technical Records
Technical Records shall have the meaning assigned to that term in Section 8(i).
Technical Records means all books, records (including without limitation the Master Batch Record and individual Batch Records for Product), test and laboratory data (including, without limitation, Certificates of Analysis, SOPs and all other Product Data), reports and all other information relating to the Services performed under this Agreement and the methods, Facility and equipment used for Processing of Product or other Services.
Technical Records means, with respect to any Initial Asset, all logs, technical data, manuals and maintenance and historical records and inspection reports relating to such Initial Asset (including engine records and, if the Initial Asset is an Airframe, aircraft records and documents as referred to in the relevant Lease).
