Technical Support Service definition

Technical Support Service means a technical support service of the Devices provided by Ruptela to the Customer in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the Service Level Agreement.
Technical Support Service means a company and/or a technical specialist who provides technical support services to the Website and other Services to the Company.
Technical Support Service shall have the meaning set forth in Section 7 of Schedule 2.03.

Examples of Technical Support Service in a sentence

  • For the purposes of this section, “Technical Support Services” refers to any of the following Additional Services that you may have chosen to provide technical support with your Fios Internet service: TechSure, TechSure Plus, TechSure Premium, Verizon Premium Technical Support Service, and Tech Support Pro.

  • Verizon Premium Technical Support Service (“PTS”) will be supported for customers who have previously purchased the service.

  • Subject to Licensee’s payment of all applicable Technical Support Service fees, CUSI shall provide Licensee with those Technical Support Services described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for the Services.

  • In case of other non-critical error messages (usually yellow or orange), the Lessee shall immediately contact the Lessor's Technical Support Service by telephone and follow the instructions of the Lessor's representative.

  • Increased and/or additional Technical Support Service programs can be added before the end of the warranty/service period by Buyer purchasing the appropriate level of service from Mercury.

  • If you purchase the Thirty (30) Minute Premium Technical Support Service ("30 Minute PTS"), the Service is non-refundable.

  • Subject to Licensee’s payment of all applicable Technical Support Service fees, CUSI shall provide Licensee with those Technical Support Services described in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for the Licensed Software.

  • Each Technical Support Service incident is deemed closed when a remedy, workaround, or recommendation for the installation of a current maintenance release has been offered, and a commercially reasonable effort has been made to restore operation to the original intent and design of the Software.

  • Subject to Licensee’s payment of all applicable CWP Technical Support Service fees, CUSI shall provide Licensee with those CWP Technical Support Services described in Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference for the CWP Services.

Technical Support Service means on-site support service, online access to products and/or services, value added resources, hardware repair and/or replacement. This service includes the following:
