Temporary Sales definition

Temporary Sales means the selling of goods or services, including food and beverages from a temporary location in any place where the public has an expected right of access, but not including sales to a wholesale or retail dealer in any such goods.
Temporary Sales means sales by any person, whether a resident of the City or not, who engages in selling goods, wares and merchandise in the City for less than 30 days per year. The 30 days may be nonconsecutive days. If the temporary sales license is for 30 nonconsecutive days, the license shall expire within 90 consecutive days from the date the license was issued.
Temporary Sales means the U.S. Dollar equivalent of all billings (whether collected or not) to Customers for services rendered by Temporary Employees provided by the Franchisee on behalf of Company excluding only sales taxes or other taxes which may be required by law to be collected from Customers in connection with the provision of the services described herein, and adjustments or refunds which have been authorized by Company.
