Tenant Entity definition

Tenant Entity or “Tenant Entities” means individually or collectively, as the context may require, Tenant and all Affiliates thereof.
Tenant Entity means any officer, employee, affiliate, contractor, agent, licensee, or invitee of Tenant.
Tenant Entity means Original Tenant and its Related Entities.

  • Any violation of this prohibition by Tenant or any Tenant Entity shall constitute a default hereunder.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, in no event will City or any City Entity be liable to Tenant or any Tenant Entity for any consequential, incidental, or special damages, or special damages, or lost revenues or lost profits.

  • The foregoing indemnity by Landlord shall also not be applicable to claims to the extent arising from the negligence or willful misconduct of Tenant or any Tenant Entity.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Tenant's obligations hereunder shall not apply to any capital expenditure (including any replacement of a capital item) the need for which shall not have arisen due to (i) the failure by Tenant to perform ordinary repairs and maintenance (ii) the negligence or other wrongful acts of any Tenant Entity or (iii) any alterations or installations made by Tenant.

  • The provisions of this paragraph shall not apply if and to the extent the failure of Landlord to obtain any occupancy permit is due to the acts of Tenant or any Tenant Entity.

  • Neither Tenant nor any Tenant Entity shall cause any Hazardous Material to be brought upon, kept, used, stored, generated or disposed of in, on or about the Premises or the Airport, or transported to or from the Premises or the Airport; provided that Tenant may use such substances that as are customarily used in a rental car operation so long as such use is in compliance with all applicable Environmental Laws and the Airport’s TI Guide.

  • Each Tenant Entity is a corporation or limited liability company duly organized, validly existing and in good standing under the laws of its State of organization.

Tenant Entity or “ Tenant Entities ” means individually or collectively, as the context may require, Tenant and Guarantor (if any).
Tenant Entity means the named Tenant herein (i.e., Mobo System, Inc., a Delaware corporation d/b/a Olo) and its Related Entities.

Related to Tenant Entity

  • Major Tenant means a tenant of a Loan Party under a lease of Property which entitles it to occupy 15,000 square feet or more of the net rentable area of such Property.

  • Tenant Affiliate means and refer to any partnership, limited liability company, or corporation or other entity, which, directly or indirectly, through one or more intermediaries, Controls, is Controlled by, or is under common Control with, Tenant.

  • Lessee means a person who acquires the right to possession and use of goods under a lease. Unless the context clearly indicates otherwise, the term includes a sublessee.

  • Tenant Party means any of the following persons: Tenant; any assignees claiming by, through, or under Tenant; any subtenants claiming by, through, or under Tenant; and any of their respective agents, contractors, employees, licensees, guests and invitees.

  • Tenant means a person entitled under a rental agreement to occupy a dwelling unit to the exclusion of others.
