Examples of Terminal Users in a sentence

  • If, and only to the extent that, such disclosure is required for the proper performance of their operations or work in relation to this LTL, such confidential information may be disclosed to employees, agents, contractors, consultants, customers, and other Terminal Users.

  • In such case, such disclosing Party shall cause its employees, agents, contractors, consultants, customers, and other Terminal Users to treat the information in accordance with the provisions with regard to confidentiality.

  • Without prejudice to the Member's responsibilities for, or in relation to, any acts and omissions of its Authorised Terminal Users, the Member shall procure from each individual whom it proposes to permit access to the Trading Platform on behalf of the Member as its Authorised Terminal User undertakings to, and for the benefit of, the Exchange in the form set out in the Annexure to this Agreement or in such other form as may be notified by the Exchange to Members from time to time.

Related to Terminal Users

  • Commercial user means a person who deals in children's products or who holds himself or herself out as having knowledge or skill relating to children's products, or a person who is in the business of remanufacturing, retrofitting, selling, leasing, subletting, or otherwise placing in the stream of commerce children's products.

  • Industrial User means a nondomestic discharger, as identified in 40 CFR Part 403, introducing pollutants to a POTW.

  • End Users means a Third Party residence or business that subscribes to Telecommunications Services provided by any of the Parties at retail. As used herein, the term “End User(s)” does not include any of the Parties to this Agreement with respect to any item or service obtained under this Agreement.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Service Users means each person who is referred or presents to the Provider as part of the provision of the Services;
