Terminating Contracts definition

Terminating Contracts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.11(a).
Terminating Contracts means the Contracts listed on Company Schedule 1.1(d).

  • Buyer agrees to take and to cause the Company and its Subsidiaries to take any action following the Closing that would be required to give effect to the termination of the Terminating Contracts.

Terminating Contracts means the contracts, agreements and other instruments listed on Exhibit I, including all exhibits, schedules, appendices and other attachments thereto, and all amendments and other modifications thereto.
