Termination Triggering Event definition

Termination Triggering Event means there has been a failure by the Ceding Company to pay any undisputed Net Settlement amounts in accordance with Section 3.3(a) or Section 3.3(c) in an aggregate amount in excess of [***], and such breach has not been cured within ten (10) calendar days after notice thereof from the Reinsurer.
