Testing Agents definition

Testing Agents shall have the meaning specified in Section 3.03 (b)(i).
Testing Agents with the term "Testing Agent" wherever such terms appear in Section 3.03(b).

  • The volumes determined by the Testing Agents shall be adjusted in accordance with normal industry practice, based upon testing by the Testing Agents, for water, contaminants, and sediment using standard industry guidelines, including those relating to temperature, pressure and specific gravity.

  • The Testing Agents shall issue a joint written report within twenty (20) days after the Effective Time, setting forth the volumes and quantities.

  • In the event the Testing Agents initially are unable to agree upon any volumes of any inventory, then the Testing Agents shall retest and re-measure until the Testing Agents are in agreement.

  • Under the Program, GBCI reviews documentation submitted by clients, including that submitted by WELL Performance Testing Agents, to determine if a building complies with the requirements of WELL.

  • Company shall adopt the guidance documents provided by GBCI and shall make the guidance available to WELL Performance Testing Agent(s).

  • The cost of performing the inventories, including the cost for the Testing Agents and the independent inventory service firm, shall be borne 50 percent by the Seller and 50 percent by the Buyer.

  • Upon acceptance of Company’s application to become a WELL Performance Testing Organization, Company agrees to pay the non-refundable fees set forth in the fee schedule or invoice provided by IWBI to Company, and Company shall abide by all the terms of the fee schedule, such fees in payment for being recognized as a WELL Performance Testing Organization with approved WELL Performance Testing Agents.
