Testing and Acceptance definition

Testing and Acceptance means that the Vendor has completed the design, development and installation of Phases I, II and III of the Project and has completed its notification of readiness for Project testing, the State and the Vendor have completed the Project testing, all notices required to be given by the Vendor to the State or the State to the Vendor have been completed, and the Project has been accepted by the State. The Project Plan will also contain provisions establishing criteria for Testing and Acceptance for each of the Phases of the Project.

  • Except as otherwise specified in the Scope of Work, all Deliverables shall be subject to the Agency’s Acceptance Testing and Acceptance, unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work.

  • Ensure materials comply with the current UDOT Materials Testing and Acceptance Manual and the UDOT Minimum Sampling and Testing Requirements.

  • IXC shall test the Vyvx IRU Fibers in accordance with the procedures specified in Exhibit C-3 (Fiber Cable Splicing, Testing and Acceptance Standards)("Fiber Acceptance Testing") to verify that the Vyvx IRU Fibers are operating in accordance with the specifications in Exhibit C-3.

  • When the Contractor has completed the applicable Services and/or Deliverables in respect of a Milestone, it shall submit such Services and/or Deliverables relating to that Milestone for Testing and the parties shall comply with their respective obligations in Schedule 6.2 (Testing and Acceptance).

  • Except as otherwise specified in the Scope of Work, all Deliverables shall be subject to the County’s Acceptance Testing and Acceptance, unless otherwise specified in the Statement of Work.

  • In the event that the Deliverables that are required to meet Milestone A have passed the required Concept Testing and Acceptance Testing prior to the date specified in Exhibit D therefor (such Deliverables, the "Early Deliverables"), Licensee shall pay Licensor a bonus (the "Bonus") calculated in the following manner.

  • If the State rejects the Project during Testing and Acceptance, the State will notify the Vendor in writing of its rejection and may include in the notification any relevant identified defects or deficiencies in the Project, if known.

Related to Testing and Acceptance

  • Final completion and acceptance means the stage in the progress of the work as determined by the Contracting Officer and confirmed in writing to the Contractor, at which all work required under the contract has been completed in a satisfactory manner, subject to the discovery of defects after final completion, and except for items specifically excluded in the notice of final acceptance.

  • Commitment and Acceptance is defined in Section 2.18(b).

  • Assignment and Acceptance means an assignment and acceptance entered into by a Lender and an assignee (with the consent of any party whose consent is required by Section 9.04), and accepted by the Administrative Agent, in the form of Exhibit A or any other form approved by the Administrative Agent.

  • Assignment and Acceptance Agreement means an assignment and acceptance agreement entered into by a Lender, an Eligible Assignee and the Administrative Agent, and, if required, the Borrower, pursuant to which such Eligible Assignee may become a party to this Agreement, in substantially the form of Exhibit C hereto.
