Testing Plan definition

Testing Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 12.3.
Testing Plan means a testing plan set forth in the Operating Plan, as more particularly described in Section 11.6(A)(3) of this Agreement.
Testing Plan means the testing plan set out in Schedule 27 (Testing Plan) Tests, Trials And Inspections shall have the meaning set out in Schedule 2 (Project Management Specification)

Examples of Testing Plan in a sentence

  • Drug Testing The rate will not exceed the actual cost of the drug screen, plus an administrative fee as specified in the Contractor’s approved Drug Testing Plan.

  • SB223 Drug Testing The rate will not exceed the actual cost of the drug screen, plus an administrative fee as specified in the Contractor’s approved Drug Testing Plan.

  • Rate of payment will not exceed the actual cost of the drug screen, plus an administrative fee as specified in Contractor’s County approved Drug Testing Plan.

More Definitions of Testing Plan

Testing Plan means a testing plan set forth in the Operating Plan, as more particularly described in Section 11.6(A)(3) of this Agreement. “Tie Vote” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 17.1 of this Agreement.
