Tenant shall deliver to Landlord no later than thirty (30) days after the Commencement Date a certificate of insurance or a signed duplicate copy of each such policy, and upon Landlord’s request, Tenant shall deliver to Landlord a certificate of insurance or a signed duplicate copy of a replacement policy therefor.
Landlord and Tenant shall upon either’s prior written request therefor, within fifteen (15) days after, respectively, (a) the commencement of the Term, and (b) the expiration of the Term or any earlier termination of this Lease by action of law or in any other manner, confirm in writing by instrument in recordable form that, respectively, such commencement or such termination has occurred, setting forth therein the Commencement Date and the Termination Date.
