The Hall will not then be available to the Hirer when the Church requires the hall for any exceptional one-off event, such as, but not limited to, a funeral.
The Hall Committee reserves the right to request the temporary removal of fixed or portable items to the designated storage area if the Hall is required for other events.
The Hall may dispose of any such items 7 days thereafter at its discretion, by sale or otherwise on such terms and conditions as it thinks fit and charge the Hirer daily storage fees and costs incurred in storing and selling or otherwise disposing of the same.
