The Owner Trustee definition

The Owner Trustee has executed this Class A-2 Note on behalf of the Issuer, not in its individual capacity but solely as owner trustee under the Trust Agreement and the Owner Trustee shall be liable hereunder only in respect of the assets of the trust created by such Trust Agreement. The remedies of the Holder hereof as provided herein and in the Indenture, shall be cumulative and concurrent and may be pursued solely against the assets of the Trust created by the Trust Agreement pledged under the Indenture as security for the Class A-2 Notes.
