Examples of Third Parties in a sentence
AstraZeneca will be solely responsible for any Third Party Obligations that become payable by AstraZeneca to Third Parties under any agreements or arrangements AstraZeneca has with such Third Parties as of the Effective Date, based on the Development or Commercialization of a Product by AstraZeneca, its Affiliate or Sublicensee under this Agreement.
Other than Finnvera in respect of the rights of Finnvera under the Loan Documents, unless expressly provided to the contrary in a Loan Document, no term of this Amendment is enforceable under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 by any person who is not a Party.
Except to the extent otherwise provided in ARTICLE VII, this Agreement is solely for the benefit of the Parties and does not confer on Third Parties any remedy, claim, reimbursement, claim of action or other right in addition to those existing without reference to this Agreement.
To the extent legally permissible, if the Receiving Party or its Representatives, Affiliates or Third Parties receives a subpoena, regulatory request or court order in respect of such disclosure, the Receiving Party shall provide the Disclosing Party with prompt written notice of such requirement so that the Disclosing Party may seek a protective order or other remedy or waive compliance with this Section 11.10.
Nothing in this Agreement is intended to grant to any third party any right to enforce any term of this Agreement or to confer on any third party any benefits under this Agreement for the purposes of the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 of Singapore the application of which legislation is hereby expressly excluded.
