Third Party Developers definition

Third Party Developers shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.5. “▇▇▇” shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.2.1.
Third Party Developers means Triteq Limited incorporated and registered in England and Wales with company number 02757740 whose registered office is at The Innovation Centre, ▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Berkshire, RG17 0DY and any other developer appointed by agreement between the parties from time to time.
Third Party Developers if applicable, shall mean an entity (or entities), other than Licensee, who have been retained by Licensee to perform development services on behalf of Licensee in connection with the rights granted to Licensee herein, and will, in the course of such development work, have access to any portion of the Licensed Materials.
