Third Party Grantor definition

Third Party Grantor means INK, MICL or Purdue.
Third Party Grantor means (1) each person or entity included in the definition of Grantor herein and which is not an Obligor under all of the Secured Obligations, and (2) each person or entity included in the definition of Grantor herein if any Obligor is not included in said definition.

  • If the relocation or replacement of the Cable is requested or caused by a Third Party, Grantor shall attempt to obtain reimbursement of Grantor's costs from said Third Party.

Related to Third Party Grantor

  • Third Party Material means software, software development tools, methodologies, ideas, methods, processes, concepts and techniques owned by, or licensed to a third party and used by the Service Provider in the performance of the Services;

  • BRRD Party means any Underwriter subject to Bail-in Powers.

  • Third Party(ies) means a person or entity who or which is neither a Party nor an Affiliate of a Party.
