Third Party Operator definition

Third Party Operator means a Customer who operates a terminal and/or handles Cargo at the Port independently to ABP, under ABP’s Port Approval; and
Third Party Operator means a Customer who operates a terminal and handles Cargo at the Port independently to ABP, under ABP’s Customs Wharf and Temporary Storage Approval;
Third Party Operator means the operator of any telecommunications Network system over which We provide the Service;

  • No disputes between Tenant and the Third Party Operator shall in any way affect the obligations of Tenant hereunder.

  • All notices required of Landlord under this Lease shall be forwarded only to Tenant in accordance with the terms of this Lease and in no event shall Landlord be required to send any notices to any Third Party Operator.

  • Any equipment or other property of the Third Party Operator in the Project shall be subject to Section 8.5 and Article 15 of this Lease.

  • The Third Party Operator shall be a Tenant Party, and Tenant shall be fully and primarily liable for all acts and omissions of such Third Party Operator as fully and completely as if such Third Party Operator was an employee of Tenant.

  • In no event shall any use or occupancy of any portion of the Premises by the Third Party Operator release or relieve Tenant from any of its obligations under this Lease.


More Definitions of Third Party Operator

Third Party Operator has the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a).
Third Party Operator means a third party who is an Operator of the Receiving Party.

The Management Company must request and receive the Owner’s approval for a Third Party Operator to provide visitor services under this Agreement and of any contracts with such Third Party Operators, which must agree in a written instrument delivered to and approved by the Owner to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Nevertheless, the Management Company remains responsible for ensuring compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement by the Third Party Operators.
