Third Party Subprocessor definition

Third Party Subprocessor means a third party, other than a Oracle or Oracle Affiliate, which Oracle subcontracts with and which may Process Personal Information as set forth in Sections 2.2 and 7.
Third Party Subprocessor means a third party subcontractor, other than an Agilysys Affiliate, engaged by Agilysys and which may Process Personal Data.

  • Customer acknowledges that material aspects of the Cloud Service are provided by a third party, Celonis SE, a German corporation, alone or along with its affiliates and this service provider shall be considered a Third Party Subprocessor under the Data Processing Agreement.
