Third Priority Secured Parties definition

Third Priority Secured Parties means, with respect to each Type of Common Collateral, the Third Priority Representative and the holders of the Third Priority Obligations with respect to such Common Collateral.
Third Priority Secured Parties means, at any time, (a) the Third Priority Creditors, (b) the Third Priority Trustee, (c) the Third Priority Agent, (d) each other Person to whom any of the Third Priority Claims (including indemnification obligations) is owed and (e) the successors and assigns of each of the foregoing.
Third Priority Secured Parties has the meaning specified in the Intercreditor Agreement.

More Definitions of Third Priority Secured Parties

Third Priority Secured Parties means (a) the Initial Third-Priority Secured Parties and (b) the Other Third-Priority Secured Parties, including the Third-Priority Representatives.
