Third Threshold Date definition

Third Threshold Date means the first date on which the Founding Shareholders cease to beneficially own 20% or more of the total number of shares of Common Stock outstanding.
Third Threshold Date means the first date on which the Altaris Funds cease to beneficially own 10% or more of the total number of shares of Common Stock outstanding.
Third Threshold Date means the date on which OM plc ceases to beneficially own, directly or indirectly, at least 7% of the outstanding Ordinary Shares.

  • Except to the extent set forth in the following sentence, this Agreement shall terminate and be of no further force or effect as of the Third Threshold Date.
