This subsection this paragraph," "this subparagraph" and similar phrases refer only to the Sections, Subsections, paragraphs or subparagraphs hereof in which the phrase occurs. Capitalized terms used herein without definition shall have the meanings ascribed thereto in the Loan Agreement. The word "or" is not exclusive. All references to days are to calendar days unless otherwise specifically stated. Pronouns in masculine, feminine and neuter gender shall be construed to include any other gender. Words in the singular form shall be construed to include the plural and words in the plural form shall be construed to include the singular, unless the context otherwise requires.
