Threshold Date definition

Threshold Date shall have the meaning set forth for such term in the recitals of this Agreement.
Threshold Date means the date that is five years after the Commencement Date. “Transfer Provisions” shall mean the provisions of Section ▇▇-▇▇-▇▇▇ of the Code, as amended.
