The Consultant shall have no claim for damages, for compensation in excess of the amount contained in this Agreement or for a delay or extension of the Time of Performance as a result of any such removal or replacement.
The Consultant shall have no claim for damages and shall not bill the Village for additional time and materials charges as the result of any portion of the Services which must be duplicated or redone due to such termination or for any delay or extension of the Time of Performance as a result of any such termination, reassigning, or resignation.

If the Contractor fails to complete the Work in accordance with the Time of Performance outlined in Section II, Paragraph A of this Contract, unless the delay is excusable under the provisions outlined in Article J of this Section, this may be grounds for termination of this Contract as discussed in Paragraph N of this Section.

If the Subrecipient determines that, as a result of any such cause beyond the Contractor’s control, the delay in completion of the Work is so great that it cannot be remedied in the manner described in Paragraph I of this Section, or if the backlog of Work is so great that it cannot be remedied without incurring additional cost which the Subrecipient does not authorize, then the Time of Performance shall be extended pursuant to a Contract Addendum for the minimum period of delay occasioned by such cause.
Unless terminated, or unless the Scope of Services and Time of Performance are changed in accordance with Article XV, Changes, the CONTRACTOR shall complete the Scope of Services provided under Article II by .
