Time to nth stage definition
Time to nth stage means the elapsed time from crash time zero to the deployment command for the nth stage of a frontal air bag (for both driver and front passenger).
Time for Completion means the time for completing the Works as stated in the Contract Data (or as extended under Sub-Clause 7.3), calculated from the Commencement Date.
Phase 3 means a controlled or uncontrolled human clinical trial of a compound or product that would satisfy the requirements of 21 CFR 312.21(c) or its foreign equivalents.
Endpoint means any Federal Reserve Bank, financial institution, local clearing house, courier or other entity or location for the delivery of cash letters or other presentment of Imaged Items or Substitute Checks.
Multiple tomogram system means a computed tomography X-ray system which obtains X-ray transmission data simultaneously during a single scan to produce more than one tomogram.
Time of Completion means the time for completing the execution of and passing the Tests on Completion of the Works of any section or part thereof as stated in the Contract (or as extended under Clause...) calculated from the Commencement Date
